I ate smoked turkey and scrambled eggs for breakfast, a sausage, egg and cheese croissant for lunch and a slice of all-meat pizza for supper last night.

I bought a meat lovers frozen pizza. It won't hurt to have pizza once and a while.

@LindaOHio That's what I prefer but Pretty won't help me eat it so I cook it, cut it into slices and store most of it in the fridge. It takes me several days to eat the whole thing.

Since I can't have too much sodium and processed foods, they fit the bill.

@LindaOHio - He had some good days, but today it rains and it's foggy and also his brain seems more "foggy". We still have good days and some difficult days. Thank you for asking Linda.

I made our egg in the middle with sausage links for dinner. I'll be posting about it later after my "disco funk" post gets a chance to marinate a bit. lol

@porwest Cousin #3 made me a family size chicken/broccoli/pasta bake and took half and put it in another container for me to have tonight. It was pretty good. I have a whole bunch of frozen dinners left that are family size. They have too much sodium; but I'm eating them up. I still don't know what I will do when they're gone. I can't find anything pre-made that is low in sodium.

@LindaOHio Personally, with those three options, I'd go for the chicken nuggets, dipped in barbecue sauce.

Is this the second or third time you have had to have that washer repaired since you bought it? I am glad you are getting the parts. Once in a while, in moderation, the pizza is not too bad, I guess. Maybe drink extra water?

This is the first time it's being repaired. It's less than a year old. I plan on having cheat days sometimes. I am having to give up so many foods that I love; so I should be able to have some things once and a while!!!!

@LindaOHio A little. I didn’t go to the doctor yesterday because I felt better, and this morning I seem to be holding up okay. We just left my apartment and are getting on the interstate.

I eat only once a day. Neither take breakfast, nor lunch. Only a little simple vegetarian dinner is enough for me to keep fit. I've no health problems.

I’ve fallen in love with those low-fat Wheat Thins, especially using them as “croutons” on my salad. So that was dinner (along with the fiber bar and applesauce). The usual for lunch.
