In response to a couple of requests, here it is!...the Spring Countdown:
118 days until Spring!
The Zoom interview for the focus group went OK yesterday; but after 20 minutes she said the quota was filled for my demographic group; but I would still get paid the $75. I was a little bit shocked; but I will still get paid; so I guess that's OK.
I am officially done with Gravel Man. It's such a shame because I thought I found a friend that I could do things with.
Breakfast - PB&J sandwich
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Chicken stew, biscuit, corn and peppers, mixed veggies
Dessert/Snack - Natural brownie
Dinner - Chicken/vegan cheese sandwich, veggie poppables, yogurt, juice

Well, at least you do get the $75, not bad at all for 20 minutes!
So will you still have gravel man scoop your driveway this winter? I’m sorry he is such a disappointment.
I keep forgetting to ask,will the sister in law be visiting you soon?

As long as I can keep him on the good side, I will have him plow. If he comes to me for $$ again what I have to say to him is not going to make him happy.
My SIL still doesn't know what she wants to do.

We all agree he is a jerk. People often assume that a person who is widowed is rolling in dough. Often they are not. They need friends, not users.

Sorry about Gravel man but you knew the asking for money was a bad sign. I had chicken nuggets yesterday with root vegetables for din.

Nice that you will still get paid. She did ask for your time which you were going to give so I think it only right that she pay you.
Too bad about Gravel Man but better you know now that to have given your time and been hurt later.

I ate a sausage, egg and cheese croissant for breakfast yesterday, took Pretty to Taco Bell while I went to McDonalds for lunch (I ate a double cheeseburger) and I ate a McChicken sandwich for supper last night.

@LindaOHio I hope you've got something good to eat at home.
I've set out stuff to make an enchilada meal and corn bread muffins for breakfast this morning. Who knows if I'll actually make them, though.

The temps are going up and not too hungry I had some hash browns and pork sausage patties and later some boiled potatoes topped with cottage cheese as I like it,

Yesterday was a chicken taco salad for lunch, and the leftovers from that gigantic sandwich I got at Mark’s on Thursday for dinner. Applesauce! Peaches! Fiber! Tea!!
