108 days until spring.
The new lady came yesterday to work with cousin #2. She was an LPN for 42 years which impressed cousin #2 who was an RPN for 20 years. Cousin #2 really liked her and thinks she'll fit in very well.
Cousin #2 will be coming to cook on Christmas. I will have turkey tenderloins; and she will have a steak.
Got 99.9% of my Christmas cards in the mail. I can't believe postage is $.78 for a First Class stamp now...and we get such stellar service...not!
The PowerBall jackpot is up to $775 million.
Breakfast - Fruit and nut bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green beans, roll
Dessert/Snack - Natural brownie
Dinner - There was a tiny piece of turkey tenderloin in the bottom of the stuffing container....turkey tenderloin, stuffing, mashed potatoes, yams, cranberry sauce, Buffalo chicken/vegan cheese sandwich
What did you eat yesterday?

I'll be happier when the days start getting longer again toward the end of this month.

@LindaOHio That's the one thing about winter, besides the cold and potential snow. It's just so dreary and dismal all the time.

The usual for lunch, a big baked potato (stuffed) for dinner. Apple pie filling, birthday cake yogurt, and fiber!

It's funny how you are already counting down the days until spring, while here in Florida we are still counting down the days until winter will finally arrive. lol

@LindaOHio I admit, I like longer days of sunlight, rather than these short days. I hate that it gets dark so freaking early.

I haven't had a steak in years. Hubby's favorite was the expensive filet mignon.

That's good to hear, but did you like her? That's good to hear about Christmas...steak on Christmas though? Glad you'll have your turkey.
That is a lot for stamps....I haven't bought any in ages since a friend of mine always sends me some...so I wouldn't know the price I need to get Christmas cards ready, only a few from here but it has been a nice tradition.
