@LindaOHio — something awful. Medication, combining liquid lidocaine and Maalox. It’s for gastrointestinal issues (hence the “GI cocktail”).

It is a weiner with a corn bread coating and fried I think. I'm not sure if they're ever baked unless frozen from the grocery store.

It's so good. Michele has given you a description. You can buy them frozen at the grocery store. I don't know if they're Kosher though.

We've had a little snow during the night here and may have more this afternoon. We're at 13F right now according to the forecast on my phone. I have an ophthalmologist appointment this morning so will need to get moving soon to make it on time. The high today is supposed to reach 25F by late this afternoon. I've already rescheduled once due to the weather and, while I hate driving in the cold and snow, don't want to reschedule again. I just want to get the appointment over and done. I ate a sausage, egg and cheese croissant with a fiber brownie yesterday for breakfast, ate some homemade chicken, broccoli and cheese soup for lunch and wasn't feeling my best by supper time last night so didn't eat anything. (I'm feeling much better this morning and will need to eat something after I take my morning meds around 5 am.)

What day do you class as the start of Spring? Here in the UK, we have two dates: meteorological Spring and astronomical Spring. The 1st is something the weather people created and starts on March 1st. The one I tend to stick to, is when the Spring Equinox is, which I think is March 20th this year.

We are in the deep freeze here in Florida, and a friend told me there was some snow in Georgia. I had eggs and sausage and cheese and bacon in the morning and later I like frozen buttermilk pancakes topped with pork sausage patties and cheese. Also ice cream and ding dongs,

Yes, it's been extremely cold here too. I always worry about freezing pipes and leaks when the temps drop into the teens. The wind definitely adds to the chill! I had some leftover lasagna. Yummy!
