What a Night

Last night/early this morning, was absolutely awful. I got a migraine and got sick, but the migraine pill didn’t completely take care of it.
Around 7am I woke my dad up for him to bring me some more medicine. I’m still in pain, but I’m not nauseated anymore. I can’t wait for this pain to dissipate.
And thank you to the sweet Mylotter who prayed for me via text at 3:30am this morning. I think it worked because I actually fell asleep for two hours.
How is everyone else feeling this morning?

I'm sorry you had a migraine last night and hope you don't get them as often as you used to.

I think the change of weather caused me to have a sinus headache that morphed into a migraine. That’s happened before. Those sinus headaches make me throw up like the migraines do. It’s so annoying.@AmbiePam (115938)

@DaddyEvil I didn’t used to throw up for sinus headaches. My theory is just that I’m getting wimpier as I get older. I’ve always had a high tolerance for pain, but maybe not when it comes to the head.

@AmbiePam Thanks. When I get sinus headaches, they're right beside my eyes. A migraine is across the top of my skull. I don't throw up for sinus headaches.

I don't feel well, I have a cough, i can't get out the phlegm, and coughing causes pain to my heart area, so i might go to the doctor tomorrow

Is your weather changing there? Does that contribute to your migraines? We have shifted into wind again and my body hurts a lot today. I had to run to the store and go for gas after church before I came home. Bob got up and dressed for church then went back to bed.He is up now and tonight I will make us Reuben sandwiches.

I’m so glad that your Dad came with your medicine. And that you managed a bit of rest. Hopefully you can rest some more. Don’t plan anything or try to do any work. Just rest. Sometimes when I get a bad migraine I put an ice pack on the back of my head or neck. Not sure why but it usually helps me.

I am so sorry.
I am sure that this is wild weather related, yours seem to be that way, regardless, please take a cool clothe for your forehead and lie down in the darkness. I sometimes find that the cool cloth pulled over my eyes induces peaceful sleep-try it.
