Better times on our site when we post about things that make a majority of us happy. Topics that are not of political base.
Something fresh and refreshing.
Something like, we all enjoy a nice meal, but we all really enjoy it when we have it on a picnic. Change of venue does everyone good.
I have noticed some unsavory posts the past couple of weeks. Things that do not come up in regular conversation. Although this is a written forum, we still enjoy and refer to it as conversations.
Hopefully we can think up some positive and interesting topics to post about. The fun ones where we all want to enjoy together. Like if myLot were hosting a potluck picnic, what would you bring to the table?
I would bring some delicious cranberry-apple crisp for everyone to enjoy. And you?

I agree. I don't much care for negative posts. There is negativity and depressing things all around us. We don't have to read it on mylot. I mean if you or someone close to you are sick and you need prayers that's a different thing. Picnic..hmm maybe a delicious potato salad.

I love a good potato salad. Hopefully someone will bring some good old delicious fried chicken to go with that, Snowy.

I’m going by Target and picking up their lemon cupcakes. I have not shopped at Target since our Walmart Neighborhood Market was built (Walmart is cheaper). But I remember their lemon cupcakes, and they are straight from Heaven. And that’s coming from a girl that doesn’t eat sweets.

I skip the negative ones usually. I might glance at it as you can't always tell from the title but then I move on. I might bring homemade chicken and noodles

A Mylot potluck picnic sounds like a great time to me. I would bake a lot of cookies and some good coffee! Oh, and some smiles and laughter, too.
