Today they are coming to clean out the septic tank. Fun right?
Breakfast - Granola bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Chicken Cordon Bleu, mashed potatoes, corn, apricots
Dessert/Snack - Low salt nuts, brownie
Dinner - Turkey/vegan cheese sandwich, potato poppables, cherries

Today, I ate fried chicken and rice. I already shared what I ate yesterday in one of your posts - its milky fish.

The usual (it was free, lunch card was full) for lunch, I had some more of those egg white sandwiches for dinner. Applesauce and fiber!

I need that done too. I have root involvement which makes it expensive. I just had a sandwich last night.

Yesterday I think I had a TV dinner when I got to Chris's and then cotton candy grapes to snack on through the day. Today so far an old bay bagel
