Do you eat Oranges? ( Tangerines etc)

June 11, 2026 11:15am CST
Do you eat Oranges? Oranges are a strange one for me. I used to like them when I was a child Even into my teens I quite liked peeking an Orange Then something happened when I was older I had an Orange flavoured Gin and didn't like it at all And have never eaten an Orange since. I quite like Orange Kit Kats though Orange anyone, even just a little segment I will stick to the Kit Kats

Have you tried mandarins? They are really easy to peel and nowadays they are mostly seedless which is another bonus.

Yes, I like oranges too. I'm not as crazy about them as bananas and I think part of that is that they are not that convenient to eat, but when I do have one I wonder why I don't eat them more often. And I do eat clementines etc.

I like oranges but never buy them. We do buy mandarins. Mostly they're seedless now and good for Type 2 diabetics.

@Ineeddentures Some fruits like watermelons and grapes have much more natural sugar than mandarins and bananas.

I love oranges and all other citrus fruits. I would likely not like orange gin, though. I do not drink at all. Isn't gin flavored with juniper berries? That would be quite the combination.
