They may start painting the house on Monday if the rain holds off.
Breakfast - Granola bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies, roll, grapes
Dessert/Snack - Brownie
Dinner - PB&J sandwich, potato poppables, yogurt

Last night for supper we had half a baked sweet potato, sliced tomatoes and a beef burger patty. Bob has a hard time eating it all. Also a banana, I forgot.

I went to Melvin’s BBQ in Charleston (not too far from where I stayed) and had a delicious chicken BBQ sandwich and fries. For dinner I had turkey sausage lasagna and watermelon. And fiber bars!
