The photo shows the Swiss roll that Vince made today. You might remember the one from several days ago was a bit of a flop but thanks to some suggestions from Anna, Daddy Evil and others, today’s has turned out well. The filling is cream and chopped-up strawberries. Some friends are coming for morning tea and I'm sure they'll enjoy it. They might need plates, napkins and cake forks but that’s okay. I can supply all of those. I’m just pleased it turned out so well.

They're in the middle in the cream. I'm not sure I've had them like that before but they're bound to be good.
