I was making out our grocery list for Monday when the Google AI asked if I was sure I wanted to get Pillsbury products. I asked it why it was asking and it told me that some Pillsbury made bread doughs for cooking in Walmart in-store bakeries had been recalled by Pillsbury because it had glass in it.
Here are the affected states: Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Missouri, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wyoming. The FDA categorized this as a Class II recall, meaning the affected products could cause temporary health consequences but are unlikely to cause serious harm. General Mills has stated that all impacted products have already been removed from store shelves.
These are the affected bread types: Pillsbury Bread Rolls, Hard Roll Dough Pillsbury Bread Rolls, Kaiser Roll Dough.

If word of mouth gets to us we check. We check normally maybe not so extreme because we trust our country , but you are right Trump admin is letting their guard down. We need to check because they do not care.

@DaddyEvil But there are often recalls on vehicles, parts for them, clothing and one of the big ones that we look for, children's car seats.

@Juliaacv True, but I don't own most of those things. I just watch for things we might use and then I tell friends if I can remember it

I don't worry about anything except food. We rarely buy anything except food.

Walmart and Price Cutter don't let anybody know if something is wrong with foods in the US. (Those are the two stores here in our city.)

@DaddyEvil - I think it's mandatory here and in Switzerland. I always noticed the note when there was something recalled.

I don't listen to the news and, while Pretty does, she has never mentioned any recalls to me.

@DaddyEvil I have to be up on the news. I make part of my living from it.

I do not check although I am cautious of what I read on the internet as being recalled.

If I can't find a mention of it after I hear about it somewhere else, I don't believe it.

Ah ! It has glass in it ! I dread to think that some had cooked it before they checked.

I agree... And to only class it as a Class II hazard is ridiculous, in my opinion. Any harm to a person is too much!

You can't trust companies to put people before profits.

Please be careful, then... You've had enough problems. I don't want anything else to happen to you.

You're very welcome. I hope India doesn't have as many recalls as has happened in the US.
