Finally, Monday has come and I called the dentist first thing. She didn’t say to come in, which I’m very thankful for. She’s calling in 800mg of Ibuprofen, an antibiotic, and a special prescription mouth wash. Hopefully, I’ll be back to normal very soon and the place where the tooth was pulled will be as good as new.

I am thankful it isn't going to be as hot as what they led us to believe it would be. Accuweather that I always check always overstates the case, sometimes by a lot. Glad you will hopefully be all set with the new meds. Have you picked them up yet?

@AmbiePam Geez, how hard is it to send a prescription over? They can do it electronically. I'd be a bit peeved if it was me.

Oh that is such great news, I am so happy for you.
The disappearance of my headache that didn't escalate into a full blown migraine was something I was thankful for.
It will likely take 36-48 hours for everything to kick in so that you can feel a difference, so hang in there.

I am thankful that the city sanitation department picked up the garbage early this afternoon and that the internet is up and running this morning after an interruption of service around midnight for a few hours.

I am so glad you are getting medicine. I hope it arrives quickly, and that it works!!
Thankful for lots....that the tornado we were warned about last night might come my way didn't arrive, it went north. We may get the same thing tonight, but of course storms do what they want to do. I selfishly didn't want to go without power, it's just too hot, too humid...all we have is haze as we are getting some wildfire smoke here. It's just not nice to be outside.
