I sold my house.

Helo friends.
I´m tired and should be sleeping but I had to tell you that I finally sold my house.
After many comings and goings, I finally accepted their offer. It was around 10% less than the inicial price but I did not mind. All this time (a long year already) I have been looking at my house not with my loving eyes but with the eyes of a buyer who will have to fix a lot of things.
I will rent at first a small house or an apartment in the first floor. I dread earthquakes so I have to be where I can run as soon as one begins. I´ll use one bedroom at first to use to place all my junk so that I can sort it out little by little.
I´m still keeping my fingers crossed but everything is almost done.
Sleep tight. I´m very happy.

if a earthquake comes where will you run ? Cause if I'm not
mistaken there's no where you can run from a earthquake.
