The other day I bought some Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Original Almond Milk at the grocery store. It was a totally spontaneous purchase. Have you ever had almond milk? I am not sure that I had. It's actually quite good! It is smooth, slightly sweet, and easy on the palate. I love coconut milk, and may keep getting almond milk now and again. Is it supposed to be healthy? . Anyway, do you like almond milk?

I do like almond milk, although not as much as soy milk from Silk.

@TheHorse Since my doctor told me to get more protein, I started buying Protein Soy milk from Silk with 13g of protein per glass.

I like it. I buy it sometimes. Like @NJChicaa said, oat milk is good too.

I wonder if you bought sweetened almond milk? We drink it and I find it rather bland. I make cocoa with it often.

@TheHorse We have the no sugar kind. I find it bland but good enough.

I like milk from cows. I have tried several of the others. Almond production consumes a lot of water. It is supposed to be healthy. I still do animal fats.

This is the milk recommended for me as a prediabetic. I believe it has a very low glycemic index, so it doesn’t spike my sugar levels when I have it with my coffee each morning.

Almond milk is about 98% water. Waste of money. Have you ever tried to milk an almond? No. The name alone would put me off. Too long and fancy. That’s to cover up the fact that it’s mainly water. Would you buy it if it was called “Water with a hint of almond”? Maybe you would. Coconut milk is another matter. Great for adding to curries but full of fat, so not as healthy as almond milk. Which, as I’ve said, is 98% water.

Although I do enjoy almond milk, I find it too rich to drink much of it.

Never tried almond milk. Just bought some cow milk and started drinking it with some pastry and remembered how good it tasted.

It's rich in Vitamin E and D. Also has calcium in it. I enjoy it just don't get it often because it seems to be expensive.
