i totally dont understand the american law or should i say rulings/punishments for laws broken.. one person will get life, the other 15 years, then there is parole and murder in the 1st, 2nd, 3rd degree etc..

I got a letter today and its offical..the wait is over...HE'S GETTING OUT!! WOOHOO!!! Of course they wait til the very end of the 90s days to let him know but what can ya do ya know....I didnt have to call the Parole Board again...
