jaishankar @Shasha_ Thank you. If you don't look after the plants, cows and goats will destroy them. We surround the plants with fences and every second day water them. It's a tiring job, but it's necessary. We have to do it, because we have to protect our environment.

NJ Chicaa I can't say I have a "must have". I always have mayo and mustard (whole grain and dijon) in the fridge but I don't use them all the time. I do also have relish, sriracha, hot sauce, etc. Rarely used.

snowy For that it really depends on what I am eating. Ketchup, mustard, mayo, salsa etc. I try not to eat too much ketchup though, it has a lot of sugar in it.

Amber I do like siriacha, but I wouldn’t say it was a go to for me. I’m not sure I have a go to. Some weirdos just emptied my entire fridge, and I have yet to fully stock back up, but I did get salsa and mustard. I don’t put them together, of course ....

Anna I keep several condiments because I do not have one that I pour on everything. We both like Tabasco, hot chili sauce and sweet and sour sauce. I make mayonnaise when needed.
