DE I read every day and usually, finish a book in a day or two, depending on how long I read at a time. I have plastic totes in our garage that are full of books. We don't have room in this house to store them.

Four Walls I eat a lot of fruit. Most significantly, I lost 60-65 pounds over three years, which has helped tremendously. I never smoked and I don’t drink (don’t like the taste). And, like you, I make an effort to exercise — usually walking — daily.
