Marie Coyle @akalinus We all need that at times. I realize some people rarely, if ever, leave their homes, but I have no desire to be that reclusive. It's all about knowing what works for us, I think.

Marie Coyle @akalinus Sometimes, even really strong coffee doesn't help. My sister was the same way, we both just didn't function well really early in the mornings. I do seem to often have to do that these days, but if I could pick, I would sleep later!
