Ali Canary Oh, more coffee sure won't help with your sleep! Maybe on your day/s off you can catch up. I do know one thing, when the days start to get shorter, it affects a whole lot of people. Lack of sunlight is a huge bummer for me, so maybe you're dealing with that.
