Not the Post I Expected to Write

I want all of you to send happy thoughts my way, or more specifically to my older son who is right now working on my little red car.
We made a trip to AutoZone a short while ago, and all the money I had saved for the car is now in the hands of AutoZone and my son has the necessary parts to complete the project.
The weather is perfect and will remain rain-free for most of next week. Temps are mild. It's a perfect day to work on my car.
I'm finished for today. I'll start on the 28th notifications tomorrow. I need to spend some time on the Thread of Evidence.

There was a time when we had a third car around and it was extremely helpful in a pinch. But I'm not sure it was cost effective which is why when it went kaput, we didn't replace it. But being stranded sucks. With two cars in the driveway now, that can still happen.

Your son is amazing to work on your car. At least, you know your mechanic who will do an honest, good job in fixing your car.
