I will be seeing gravel guy tomorrow (6/6) when he picks up the review I wrote. I will find out who Kathleen is (I suspect it's his wife). Her name shows up on my caller ID when he calls me. Oh well.
Cousin #2 took me for my Bone Density test yesterday. She is so over her snit that she brought me a package of cookies. Things are back to the way they were before the French Fry Fiasco as it will come to be known. Turns out I have Osteopenia in my right hip. I am already taking Vitamin D3 and calcium. On the internet it gave a list of things to avoid; and I'm intaking a couple of them -- frozen dinners, sugar, cola beverages (this is OK because I only have one a week - they said 3 or more per day). No evidence of Osteoperosis which would require medication. I bought some yogurt with Monday's grocery order; so that should help with the calcium.
Received the manual for my camera from eBay yesterday. I will be perusing it today. Lots to learn.
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Stuffed cabbage, mashed potatoes, mixed veggies, roll, applesauce
Dessert/Snack - Pina Colada muffin, ice cream bar
Dinner - Turkey/Provolone sandwich and generic Cheetos
What did you eat yesterday?

Glad the cousin is over her snit and hope it stays that way.
Hope it doesn't take long to learn about your camera. Glad the manual arrived.
I take Vit D3 too and haven't gone for a bone density test yet.

My camera has so many features that it boggles the mind. I will have to take my time and be patient....I normally don't have the patience to read instructions.

I'm going to have to add more calcium to my diet. The yogurt will help. I love cheese. I could eat more of that.

I'm glad Cousin #2 is over her snit and treating you like a human being again.
I'm sure you'll have fun learning about your new camera.
I made a two egg scramble with diced ham and diced onions yesterday for breakfast. Then didn't eat lunch and had taquitos for supper last night.

@LindaOHio It's minced chicken, beef or pork in a wrap with spices. I buy them at Walmart and heat them up in the microwave. (I buy chicken taquitos because they all taste like chicken, no matter what the meat is in them.
) They really are good.

You're making progress. Give your cousin a pat on the head for me. I ate stuff yesterday. Oh boy did I. I drove out to a favorite local business and loaded up: locally made ice cream, went off the wagon and bought locally made sausage and a quarter pound locally made corned beef. The ice cream was off the planet tasty: pear sorbet and honeycomb ice cream. For sure Jersey cream in there.

@LindaOHio This corned beef is amazing. Full flavored with little fat. The ice cream is Grandmas- real cream and honey in it.

That is good things are good with her again. Sorry for the diagnosis and some of the things you have been consuming are things the list says to avoid. But sometimes it is hard to do that...
Sounds like interesting meals.
I had a baked potato at the mall after my doctor appointment. We also got frozen yogurt and a crumbl cookie to have for dinner (I say dinner because it is meal sized lol)

I had an osteopenia diagnosis with my bone density scan, too. Exercise and calcium is what they gave me. Hope things get better with both of us!!
I had a baked potato and that out-of-this-world smoked chicken at Sonny’s for lunch, and a turkey & cheese sammich, fiber bar, banana, and BBQ potato chips for dinner. Hey, I had to do laundry, you work with what you have.

I can't get the exercise; but I'm hoping the yogurt, etc. helps along with the calcium pills and D3. Good luck with your diagnosis too.
