My dentist appointment yesterday was interesting. The dentist, who was very young and cute, was double-booked; but he did refill my tooth. Unfortunately he cannot handle a re-root canal. I have to go to a specialist who is over 1/2 hour away. Not happy about that.
Cousin #3 cancelled on me again. She had plans and forgot about OUR plans. She will hopefully be coming over on Tuesday.
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Chicken/Muenster sandwich, BBQ chips
Dessert/Snack - Blueberry muffin
Dinner - Meals on Wheels - Corned beef sandwich, cabbage and carrots, roasted potatoes, applesauce
I switched meals because I didn't want to eat cabbage and then go to the dentist...if you get my drift. lolololol
What did you eat yesterday? Any plans for the weekend?

@LindaOHio - A root canal can often be completed in a single sitting, especially when the infection is not severe.

It's too bad you can't afford to just hire an assistant to help you with all the things you need to have done. Other people have lives too and it's sometimes hard to get their things accomplished and still reach out to help others.
I had a sandwich yesterday. Turkey. Just wasn't very hungry and it wasn't even hot out.

I'm glad he got the cavity re-filled. 
I ate a sausage, egg and cheese croissant for breakfast and a large peach for dessert. I slept through lunch/late lunch and woke up around 1:30 am and ate another sausage, egg and cheese croissant with some barbecue chips.

Yes, I hate adding another appointment to my schedule. It seems that's all I do is go to see doctors and dentists.

I do not remember a lot about what I ate. I did not have lunch and Bob was sick and we did not eat in the evening.. No plans for the weekend.

I have a fear of dentists because of what happened to me before; the dentist was unable to extract the tooth properly, so it broke, and three dentists had to perform surgical procedures to get all of the tooth. From then on, I refused to visit a dentist for yearly checkups.
Breakfast is a banana
Lunch - rice and tofu with pork
Dinner - rice and broiled fish.

Your day sounded full — dentist adventures, shifting meal plans, and cousin rescheduling again! At least you managed to get the tooth refill done, even if the specialist visit is a hassle. And I get what you mean about the cabbage before the dentist — good call there, lol.

I have no plans for the weekend, other than to stay away from all the places all the people will be this weekend.
I had the usual for lunch and a salad and tomato and cheese enchiladas for dinner. Passion fruit sorbet, yogurt, fiber, applesauce!

Yesterday I made a homemade stir fry, and had the salad with too many carrots. The weekend, well one think I am going to do is check out the new Dollar General Market and I think spend a little bit of time at Tim's..the restaurant that is on the water.

Thank goodness for that one cousin, she is so faithful and good to you.
I guess that we all have our flaws, that must be the other one's issue.
Yesterday, we had breakfast, quickly, at the hotel before we checked out.
We had a Canadian pizza for supper, my husband had some wings with his, but I don't like wings.

I'm kind of surprised that the dentist has to send you somewhere else to address your root canal problem. Geez
Last night we had burgers (no bun) baked beans and sweet potato fries.
No big plans for the weekend but my older daughter usually invites us over for an impromptu bbq

I always wear jacket to feel hot and comfort me.
Our internet connection sometimes is weak o slow , that is why I cannot online here.
