9/21/25 - Meals

We had a very quiet day, just a short walk and home during the afternoon. We had pizza for lunch and I made grouper fillets with garlic, olive oil, cherry tomatoes for dinner. I served with oven roasted potatoes.

Yes, the Browns won in spectacular fashion! Yesterday, I had beaver nuggets (lol), the rest of my strawberry caprese salad, garlic mashed potatoes, and a piece of steak.

Horary for the Browns, Yesterday veggie lasagna, Impossible burger and and Daves Killer bread.

To go from losing to a win is not bad. I had quiche yesterday.

Yep. I only knew because the wife is a Packers fan. For dinner we had braised pork steaks with buttered mixed vegetables and stuffing on the side. Very good eats.

I had another big green salad with chicken on it, I love those. I made some homemade chicken soup for the son, and had some of that, too. Didn't I read somewhere that you don't want to drive anymore? I guess I thought you would sell the car.

We ate veggies, pork and shrimp in one dish with white rice.

The Browns won and the Bengals lost. What the heck???? The usual for lunch, “fried” potatoes and grilled cheese sammich for dinner. Fiber, yogurt, applesauce!!

Is she driving your car so that it doesn't seize up or do you have an appointment to attend? yesterday we had a roast beef supper, with corn, mashed potatoes and gravy.

Hubby said he was surprised

I recieved my package of Hormel homestyle chili from Amazon, I slop the chili on french fries and heat it all in the toaster oven with shredded cheddar on top,

Hope the cousin shows up and gets everything done you need doing. Last night we had spaghetti and meatballs.

Don’t recall the last time I had a PB&J sandwich.

Sounds like interesting meals. PB and J is always good. I finally had one this morning in "uncrustable" form.

I snacked all day. I had watermelon, pineapple. Fresh and good brought over by my cousin. We had BLT for breakfast. Grilled cheese sandwich for lunch and ribs for dinner from my friend's son that works at the Deli. The ribs were good. I fixed a baked potato to go with them. Than more watermelon and pineapple that was nice and sweet.

My eyes are swelled up this morning but I'll still have to go out to start the car and let it run for a while so we don't have to call for a jumpstart again. I drove it last on Tuesday last week. We both got showered and dressed to go shopping yesterday but it started storming before we left the house so didn't go anywhere. I ate half a ham and cheese sandwich for breakfast yesterday, cooked ground beef, onions and Bell peppers for lunch yesterday and ate three Reese's Peanut Butter Cups for supper last night.

I hope cousin #2 turns up.
