Update on gravel man -
Wednesday - Called him to see how his doctor's appointment went. Very brief conversation.
Thursday - He stopped by to tell me he was tired on Wednesday; and he hoped he didn't cut me off. We talked for a while and I got my usual hug.
Called 1/2 hour later and asked if I missed him. Said he forgot to ask me if I'd like to invest in his business. Red flag. Red flag. Red flag. I declined.
Friday - Called to tell me he'd start paying back the money right away. Red flag. Red flag. Red flag. So disappointing.
Cousin #3 cancelled again. Maybe she will come over next week.
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Beef stew (there was one piece of meat in it), Brussels sprouts, roll, apple juice, apricots
Dessert/Snack - 70 calorie fiber brownie (replaces the high calorie, high fat muffins)
Dinner - Turkey/vegan cheese sandwich, veggie straws, yogurt

Oh, Gravel Man...I am disappointed in you.
If he says he could start paying YOU back right away, then he surely can get a loan for whatever money he needs. ''Invest in his business'' hasn't he had this business for a long time? I hate it when people do things like this. Grrrr...

I can’t help but think that he was using you. If he truly has a business and you paid for his services for your home, you can report him to the Better Business Bureau for this. He made a very poor choice.

Gravel man called today to tell me he's going into the hospital for a day or two. Wanted to know if I wanted to go skinny dipping. Now he's trying too hard.

Gravel man is really putting on the shine, isn't he? Cousin #3 is not being much help.
Yesterday we ate from Red Lobster. Lobster, crab and shrimp. Very tasty.

@LindaOHio .......I'm glad you found out about Gravel man early rather than later. Yes, Cousin #3 is beginning to ruffle my feathers. Nice to get a coupon from there. Prices sure went up.

I’ve seen you mention “gravel man” a few times. How disappointing to read that he is toying with your affections just to extort money from you.
As others have mentioned, you should cut all communication with him. He is nothing but a dishonourable scumbag, and not worthy of your friendship.

Time to block that phone number. 
Yesterday was the usual for lunch and a potato with jalapeño cheese for dinner. Bread with some of that peach applesauce (tastes like bread and jam!), yogurt, fiber!

@LindaOHio very well I have a system on Mondays and Fridays I blog on WordPress and inbetween I write articles for Vocal Media and post about twice a week, I also link VM with WP and that gets me quicker cash outs,

On the gravel guy...yeah...yikes...DEFINITE red flag. Steer clear. He's gotta go.
In any event, for dinner we made a marinated pork loin and had buttered green beans with baked potato with sour cream and cheese on the side.
Absolutely good eats.
