Ever since the news release came out about my book, I have been receiving calls from all over the country from companies wanting me to invest $$ to promote it. I'm glad I screen calls.
Cousin #2 jumped the Subaru and took it for a drive. When she came back and shut it off, it wouldn't start. I really think the new battery needs to be replaced.
My washer is not fixed. Yay! Monday cousin #2 can start doing some laundry.
Guess what? Cousin #2 is coming over for Thanksgiving and making dinner!!! That was quite a nice surprise. I guess my Meals on Wheels meal can go into the freezer.
Cousin #2 has started on taking bags of aluminum cans to the recycling center. Maybe eventually I will have use of the dining room again!!! She is going to use the $$ to buy Thanksgiving dinner.
I changed the appointment tomorrow with the nephrologist to a closer location; but I couldn't get in until MARCH!
Cousin #2 put the copper wool in the spaces in the back basement door. Maybe that will cut down on the number of mice coming in.
Breakfast - Fruit and nut bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Salisbury steak, red cabbage, green beans
Dessert/Snack - Natural brownie, unsalted peanuts, 70% dark chocolate
Dinner - Chicken/vegan cheese sandwich, veggie straws, blueberries
What did you eat yesterday?

Sounds like you’re going to have a nice Thanksgiving. Definitely a battery problem there.
I didn’t go out, so I had grilled cheese and chicken soup for lunch and beef stew for dinner. Fiber and applesauce and LOTS of hot tea!

@Dreamerby — I drink hot tea a lot in the winger because I have a “condition” (more a nuisance) called Raynaud’s syndrome, and I get unusually cold when I drink a cold beverage.

Yes, it's a pleasant surprise. I hate being alone all the time.

Since we have the town water instead of a well we are going through a lot of bottles of water. They pile up fast.
I have an appointment tomorrow as well. Mine is a dental appointment. I hope they do a better job this time than they did 6 months ago. They left plaque behind.

I don't know what to say, but that's all good...except the car stuff and all the calls.

Nice about the T giving dinner. I had salmon with veggies and rice yesterday. Salmon is good, and so good for you. I wish I could get myself to eat it mire.

Sounds like a good day and cousin #2 got a lot done. How nice that she'll come over and make Thanksgiving dinner and you won't be alone. Glad the washer is fixed and I guess the next thing on the list will be getting a new battery for the car.
We had chili last night which hit the spot on a chilly day.

You wrote “my washer is not fixed”; did you mean “it is now fixed”? Weird that the new car battery is not working.

I had half of a bbq sandwich (no bun) and some protein bars and a handful of chips.
I can't wait to see how the new paid lady is going to fit in with you.
