I ate a sausage, egg and cheese croissant for breakfast, had chicken, elbow pasta and cheese for late lunch and just ate a ham and cheese Hot Pocket for supper. I had an ice cream cone for dessert.

I love ice cream (Breyers makes a really good oat milk ice cream); but it's just too cold.

@LindaOHio I can manage an ice cream cone but that's about all the milk I can manage without feeling sick. I don't like the taste of alternative milk ice creams.

@DaddyEvil That's too bad. Their Cookies 'n Cream ice cream is really good. I can't tell the difference.

@LindaOHio It would probably be my favorite too if I used their service.

I enjoy those once and a while even though I'm not a fish fan.

We have s**w on the ground and it's darn cold. My husband's cousin came over and made dinner which was nice. I hate being alone, especially on the holidays.

Well, today the groceries arrived and the fridge is full but who is going to cook for me? I wanted Berliners like round donuts with a Bavarian creme center but wound up with a substituion of choclate covered log shaped sweets with a creme filling so no one is complaining, Have pretzels with cheese sauce, Neopotian ice cream sandwiches, and Ding Dongs, Once I figure out all the food I got I will start making meals.

Yesterday, it was a long day out-of-town so breakfast was a protein sugar-free Hopscotch from Dutch Bros and fish at a seafood place for lunch. I had two pieces of cod and drank water. Dinner was simple lettuce with leftover chicken, cheese and walnuts. I used a bit of enchilada sauce as dressing. your buffalo chicken cheese sandwich sounds really good.

The Buffalo chicken is pretty good; and the vegan cheese is better than I expected.

Sounds like a good meal. I'm glad it's one of their best.
Church Christmas party - Salmon, baked potato, green and yellow beans with carrots. Dessert blueberry cheesecake square. They had chicken, but with my allergy to it, they offered me and one other person salmon. It was delicious.
