Yes, I'm still alive. I have been extremely tired and in pain. I have a dentist appointment today which will address some of the pain; and I'm still having a lot in my shoulders and arms.
I treated SIL to dinner at Red Lobster yesterday. She has done so much for me. She's been going through my husband's "man cave" and has a huge stack of stuff to throw out. I had a load of donated items picked up by the Veterans Voice of America. There was no charge for pickup. Someone is coming out tonight to give us an estimate for getting rid of all the trash and also a couch and some rusty shelves in the basement.
There's no way I can recap meals back to the 27th of June. Yesterday was:
Breakfast - PB&J sandwich
Lunch - Red Lobster - Bay scallops, clam strips, mashed potatoes, hush puppies, Brussels sprouts, Cheddar Bay Biscuit
Dessert/Snack - Oat milk ice cream
Dinner - None

I haven't had fish sticks in forever....I like them on a bun or with French fries.

Sounds like you and your SIL had a good visit and that she was able to help get stuff organized.
Hope your dentist appointment goes well and helps alleviate some of the pain you've been experiencing,
My dinner last night was easy. I opened a can of Wendy's chili, topped it with some shredded cheddar cheese and a bit of sour cream.

Right now my tooth doesn't hurt. (knock on wood) I don't remember when I have the root canal scheduled.

Thanks. SIL did an enormous amount of work cleaning out my hubby's man cave. There's still some to be done though.

I am jealous of your Red Lobster outing. I did have salmon the other day though.

Yea for the dental appointment, I hope that he can rescue you from the pain that you are experiencing.
Your sister-in-law has made great strides helping you with the clean up.
And in the case of the basement, with less clutter, it could mean that there are less hiding spaces for the mice that often come inside. That is a double win.

We solved the mouse problem by stuffing gaps in the basement door with copper wool. Terminix should have addressed that entry point; but they missed it.

I hope you can manage the pain and will pray for you. It was too hot to eat too much; I had some rice and chicken nuggets.

It's good to see you back, though I'm sorry to hear you've been dealing with so much pain and exhaustion. I hope today's dentist appointment takes care of at least some of the discomfort. Hopefully you can get some relief for your shoulders and arms soon as well.

I hope all goes well at the dentist. The Mister has never had lobster ……im not sure I have either ……but it’s one of the things he wants to try. I am trying to find a local restaurant that serves it …..its proving tricky.
