Walmart is going to be lowering their prices.
I have scheduled all of my doctors' appointments, procedures and tests. That books me through September. The only thing I don't know about is the two surgeries.
I haven't felt well the past couple of days. I ate too many nuts; and too many nuts don't agree with my gastrointestinal system.
I have a couple of people coming this week to give me estimates for fixing the deck, etc.
At some point I will have to start reading Discussions again. I am over a week behind and will not be able to catch up. I doubt I will make payout this month for the very first time.
The pain in my shoulders/arms is interfering with my typing, brushing my teeth, showering, etc. I am going to have to do something about that.
The only thing I have for today is a TeleHealth appointment.

Trump apparently got Walmart to do that, but do we believe that? Here’s the thing; I don’t care who is responsible for it, I’m just happy about it! I had quit buying hamburger meat because it had gotten so high.

I had the usual for lunch, and they gave me so much rice on the side that I had it for dinner with some cheater’s gazpacho. Strawberry fake sorbet and watermelon and fiber bar!!!

I'm sorry you aren't feeling well the last couple of days and wonder when you'll talk to your doctor about the muscle aches and pains...
Do you like sunflower kernels? I eat a quarter cup of those once a day. (That's a bit over 1 oz.) They take care of my nut cravings and give me some micronutrients we don't get in our normal foods. I buy them from Wally World. A 1 lb bag of roasted and salted sunflower kernels costs around $2.50.
I missed almost two weeks last month and didn't make payout but have passed the $5 payout for myLot this month.

The main pain is in my shoulder joints. They pop, grind and snap. I think they're shot.
Yes I eat sunflower seeds. They might have the same effect on me. I'd have to try them.

Yay for Walmart.
How much lower will the prices be than they are now I wonder,
I know there is a first time for everything, but when it happened to .e.that I didn't make payout I was gutted.
I used words like Crikey and oh my days instead of real profanity
Sorry your shoulders and arms are painful

I asked for the hospital close by; and they can't seem to find a bed for me. It's an outpatient procedure.

Just know you are missed around here. At the same time, myLot is secondary to everything else. And probably way farther down the line than that to everything else. Onward and upward, hope things get better for you, and we'll catch you on the flip side.
On the 6th I made pan fried pork sirloin chops with green beans and stuffing on the side. Last night I used up some fried chicken and made a chicken stir-fry out of it.

I hope that your day goes well and your Telehealth appointment too. Glad that you made all your doctor appointments and hope that you can find some relief or solution to all the pain in your shoulders.
Things there have been busy with your tree trimming, house painting, SIL visit and now your deck estimate. There's always something to do when you own a house,
I absolutely love nuts too and have the same problem if I eat too many of them. Hope you feel better

I have not made a single payout in the year 2026. That's okay as life is quite demanding and a lot has happened in the year 2026. I am suffering from frozen shoulder from last few weeks. I need to check with doctor and maybe start with physiotherapy. It's right.shoulder and that is really restricting a lot of activities. Sorry about your pain. Hope that you get some.relief soon.

Maybe you need some help with some things, more than just once a week. If J can come more often, it might be a good idea. You sure don't want to fall. We all worry about you, Linda.
