Nothing much to report. J is leaving tomorrow for Europe and cousin #3 will be taking over grocery pickup etc.
All of the outside lights are now working thanks to the son of my neighbor.
Still having a lot of pain in my shoulders and arms. I've been doing the Notifications but not the Discussions.

Breakfast - Granola bars
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Chicken patty sandwich, cheesy potatoes, peas, tropical fruit
Dessert/Snack - Brownie
Dinner - PB&J sandwich, chips, yogurt

@LindaOHio We have both had a few problems, but still kicking. He is having an eye issue and having injections each month for a year. I've been having swelling issues so fixing to do a vascular workup. Just had thyroid checked again too.

@kareng I don't think I could handle eye injections. I hope they find out the cause of the swelling.

Wow, Europe. She’ll have quite a few stories. I’m glad cousin #3 will be getting the groceries.
Yesterday, due to the pain still of getting that tooth pulled, I tried to keep it to soft food. So I had pudding, some broccoli and cheddar rice, and unwisely, some mixed vegetables. Those kind of hurt my mouth.

Hi, Linda. It's good to see you post. Sorry to hear you are still in pain. I hope you can get some help with that soon!
I do hope cousin 3 is on the ball and doesn't leave you stranded...I worry about that.

At some point I had some watermelon, and a tangerine. I had a sausage patty and pancakes. I am stress eating so I am also eating everything I can put my hands on. Did they ever say WHY the outside lights were not working?

Something that upset my stomach! I’m thinking the peaches. Anyway, I had the usual for lunch and chicken soup and a grilled cheese sandwich for dinner. Peach smoothie/sorbet (which may have been the problem), fiber, and yogurt!

I'm glad your neighbors son was able to fix your outside lights. I'm sure you're happy that they're working now.
Hope J has a nice time on her vacation and that the cousin does come and help out while she's gone.

sorry for the pain you are feeling. europe? that's cool, maybe far. i think i had a spinach stew for my lunch, bread with jam for my breakfast, ice cream after the lunch and maybe something with tuna for my dinner.

Glad your lights are working, and I hope cousin 3 shows up for her scheduled times. Hmm, yesterday was a junk foodie kind of day. I had a sonic small burger, tots, and a medium dipped cone at DQ, It all tasted delicious, and I don't regret any of it.
