Ptrikha_2 I too have seen that Stretching, exercising and walking sometimes helps relief one of ailments. Or going out for some time. It won't be a solution when one is too unwell. Anyways, best of wishes for the new week and hopefully you would keep in good health.

Ptrikha_2 Indeed, making and maintaining roads at such high elevation with risks of landslides, torrential rains, snowstorms and overall inhospitable terrain is a very big skilled and strenuous work. Kudos to the Engineers and workers at such places.
