Amber I have this great magnesium lavender lotion that works so well. It relaxes you, and calms you down. Lavender candles are some of my favorite too unless it’s a really cheap lavender candle and the smell is abrasive.

Amber Just one, but it used to have to be strategically placed when I was in college. In college, my alarm had to be put across the room so I’d actually get up, and therefore actually wake up, for class.
