I was going to say that part of my computer problem was solved; but my screen just froze up and closed out the MyLot screen.
Yesterday I was able to catch up with 2 days' worth of Discussions and Notifications. I still have several yet to go. My virus protection is now reinstalled which is comforting. I held for a rep for over an hour; and then it took another hour for them to reinstall my software. They said that my programs on my flash drives were too old; and that is why I was having so much trouble reinstalling it. They reinstalled it remotely for me.
On a whim I checked my download/upload performance and found it to be very slow. I called Spectrum; and the tech had me change my network to 5G. That's when I was then able to work on MyLot I thought perhaps that was the problem; but as I stated above, I'm still having problems with freezing up, pages closing out, etc.
I am waiting to hear from the FixMeStick people. I want to be able to run that program and check for viruses. My flash drive program is probably too old for that too. That's probably why I'm having problems reinstalling that.
Computers and new technology - gotta luv 'em.
6 days until spring - We have been having s**w; so I'm not a happy camper. Temps are below freezing too. Brrrrr! We are paying for that nicer weather.
Breakfast - Belvita Oat Breakfast Biscuits
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Chicken patty burger, potatoes, corn and pears
Dessert/Snack - Pistachio muffin and decaf coffee
Dinner - Corn dog and potato salad
What did you eat yesterday?

Pistachio muffin? Sounds mighty tasty. Last year we took the new printer to the computer shop to get it installed with my laptop. This laptop can't be more than four years old but computer guy said it is old and that is why it is slow. I refuse to buy a new laptop every year. Its a racket.

Sounds like you're making progress getting your computer up and running.
Yay for 6 days til spring. Looking outside today you would never think spring was that close (wind, snow and rain)
Your meals sound good...I would love a corn dog and potato salad and of course that pistachio muffin is calling my name
Last night I had turkey sausage, baked potato and broccoli

Yesterday was more about the salsa than the chicken taco salad because of my sinuses.
Buffalo chicken and mashed potatoes for dinner.

I hope your computer problems are solved. When I have them it makes me want to throw away the gadget
I did not eat well yesterday so it will be better to forget about it. I hope I can do better today.

You did well with your computer, my hubby has to do all of the installations here, I am not inclined to be able to do such.
It was really cold out yesterday, I had to run out to fill up my car as my hubs needs it tomorrow. The downside is that I have to go out tomorrow, so will need to use his SUV, which I have a terrible time parking, so I hope that I can find a double wide spot.
Last night we had a nice little beef stew for supper.

I have given up on trying to understand technology. It's changing faster than I can keep up with it. I have an Apple Store within minutes of my house, so if anything goes wrong with my phone, laptop or pc (all Apple products), I will just take it to them and let them deal with it.

Computers are a lot like cars in that when they get really old they don't run so well

Gee whizz, between furnaces and flooding and hot water heaters and now this, it seems you have entered a virtual hell. Something's gotta give already. lol
You may be shocked to know I had braised pork steaks and a side of stuffing and broccoli. lol

They keep changing things so that you have to upgrade.

Yeah, when computers get old they can't hold all the new stuff that's out there.

Best of luck to you and I hope your computer problems get solved. I had chicken tenderloin pieces and French fries. Sigh you made me remember a long time ago in Latvia we were also looking forward to spring. The days had been warmer and the sun was shining. We woke up on the first day of spring and were practically snowed in. I sure hope that spring finds you with no snow and plenty of warm sunshine.

Did changing to 5G increase the price of your Internet?
I haven't had a pistachio muffin a long time. I'd love to have one. I remember my supermarket had it for I think $1.39 or something like that. Now it's $2.99 for a muffin, unless the price increased again.
