We still have s**w on the ground. It looks like that really big storm might miss us and become a nor'easter on the east coast.
We had another earthquake; but we didn't feel this one. It was a 2.6 magnitude.
75 days until spring.
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Lentil soup
Dessert/Snack - Brownie and decaf coffee
Dinner - Pork roast, sauerkraut, mashed potatoes
What did you eat yesterday?

@LindaOHio — usually canned in the winter. I get the pears and peaches packed in pear juice instead of syrup.

There are often aftershocks after a major earthquake. Can go on for days.

@LindaOHio .......I understand. You are never ready for one of those. We have the Maga Quake up this way. If it goes we are all done in these United States.

Funny we didn't feel this one. The last one felt like someone was behind my chair and shoved it.

The reality that we are actually in the month of January is really setting in when we start talking about snow storms.
We have dry weather on the horizon for this weekend.
We have to drive over an hour to go to the area that we used to live in tomorrow to go to a Celebration of Life.
Last night we ordered in a pizza.

@LindaOHio Thank you.
I am afraid to go tomorrow, it was such an unexpected passing.
She was the friend whom we met in 1996, when we moved out to the little rural village, and she got me into being Mrs. Claus for the children's Christmas party, and then in the spring, dressing up as Bucky the Bunny. I did that for probably 15 years or longer.

Yesterday we went to a hibachi place we like, but I could only eat the crab salad and some chicken in sweet sauce. No, that was Wednesday. Yesterday Dale fried fish and I enjoyed that.
Sure glad the earthquake there wasn't bad. Our friend in Massachusetts is expecting 10 inches of snow on Sunday. We'd be completely housebound for two weeks if that happened here!

@1creekgirl Hubs isn't feeling well; so I doubt we'll go anywhere. He's getting so that he doesn't like the cold either and wants to stay in.

Yes, it's supposed to turn into a real nor'easter. We might not get very much...it has changed directions.

You missed out on a bad earthquake AND a bad snowstorm? Somebody's either doing a lot of praying, or someone has a seriously good luck charm in their possession.

@LindaOHio Snow turning to rain. I don’t know if that’s a good thing or a bad thing. Sounds like it’s going to messy.

I'm glad it will miss you. I'm sorry it will turn into a Nor'easter. I'm glad the earthquake wasn't bad.
I love lentil soup. Your food looked good.
Yesterday, I made a turkey salad from the leftover turkey. I still have some left. It's very good. I also had my usual Raisin Bran and banana for breakfast.

@LindaOHio It's delicious. I might need to buy another turkey to make more. Though it is a lot of calories.

Last night I had a chopped steak wrapped in bacon and smothered in mushrooms and onions. Mashed potatoes, cream gravy, corn and a dinner roll. I had leftovers of that meal for lunch today.

No. They do have a lentil soup with veggies; but it's really watery. I like the plain lentil soup.
