I hope my American friends had a good July 4th. They set off firecrackers until 11 pm. SIL is back home in Phoenix. She was a huge help. There is no way I can catch up with Discussions so I'm going to miss a lot of news. Went to the dentist last week. The tooth that's been bothering me has to have a root canal. Yikes. J will be coming today. My grass cutter will also be coming over to give me an estimate on finishing up the tree trimming. I don't want to deal with the original guy since he should have done the job right the first time. I can't recap meals since I don't remember 4 days' worth of eating.

Pretty just left in the medical taxi for her dental appointment. I should have one coming up, too. There is no way I'll remember what I ate while you were gone. I barely remember what I ate yesterday.

I ate a chicken sandwich on sourdough bread for breakfast, ate the last of the fresh strawberries for lunch yesterday and ate a black plum and a hamburger without a bun for supper last night.

I’m so glad your SIL had a nice visit with you. We had a big Fourth of July storm with winds at 95 mph that knocked out power out. I still don’t have power, but my dad’s came on last night.

I'm glad your SIL was such a big help and I'm sure you miss her. Sorry to hear about the root canal and also that the tree trimming gets done. Don't worry about missing the meals. I rarely remember what I ate a day later

I had to have a root canal done years ago on my top tooth, the one right in the middle. I guess because of that this tooth is a different color than my other teeth. I’ve been told to do a crown there but no way. I hope the root canal will not be such a bad experience for you.
