MoonMaa Water is pretty much all I drink except for some teas. I have to drink water because if I don't I start getting pains. Water is the only drink that quenches my thirst. I like drinking water and it does wonders for your digestive system and skin.

MoonMaa Actually, today was an off day for me. I overslept and I jumped out of bed. I should of had been gotten up and I didn't do any of the things that I had planned to do earlier. I think that bedtime snack will make you feel a little bit better.
