Aparna Sen Sleeping with a runny nose and itchy throat can indeed be difficult. I have to take Montec Lc (for allergies which cause runny nose and an itchy throat) everyday

While browsing I came upon this cereal that happens to contain the most amount of anti oxidant I eagerly bought a small quantity of black rice and prepared kheer. Must admit compared to our normal kheer I did not much like it...
