No one thinks of being shot at a child's birthday party, do they? This is not the first one I have heard about, no. Stockton,California--Four dead, ten injured, some children and some adults. What kind of a person does this??...

Marie Coyle @rsa101 You are correct. And people who do these kind of things obviously have some terrible problems, I doubt we will ever know what they are but this behavior is far from what anyone would call normal.
