Michael I'm the same way honestly, once I'm up past a certain hour my brain just refuses to shut off. Putting the phone and tv away for a bit and just laying in the dark sometimes tricks my body into it. Hope you get some rest soon, being wired at 4am is rough.

Abiodun Adekoya That is certainly a very specific hamper! I am not sure what sort of Christmas hamper would lead someone to request a gas mask and a tub of grease, but the gammon joint at least makes sense!
