Yadah I want to learn how to make smoothies. I really love fruits but sometimes I feel lazy to eat them so I want to make something different with them so it'll taste better and it's more fun to eat or drink.

How long can you fast?

Sometimes, I skip breakfast , and end up eating in the lunch hours. I think I feel so great doing that but I dont think I can fast longer than 3pm after waking up. Do you fast sometimes or everyday? Share your experience.

Yadah I have tried intermittent fasting before. eating my "dinner" at 3 pm and my "breakfast" at 9 am. that's 18 hours of no food just water or green tea without honey or sugar.

I try not to agree to this but I keep noticing that as the weather is getting hotter, I am feeling hungrier than ever before. I drink more water too, and I must admit that I will need to start working out soon.

How often do you screenshot the things you like online?

I have lots of screenshots on my phone and I dont think I will ever buy a tenth of those things. Anytime I see clothes, or accessories, or a news item , I screenshot them and check them up later. Do you indulge in this thing too?
