Anna OH NO! That is too bad. Hire a lawyer, that person needs to pay for the damages but also stop damaging. Usually condominiums have an insurance in case of a person who rent an apartment causes damages. Ask a lawyer to check.

Anna Well, I have to say that this is a good decision. I heard even too often talk about a criminal saying "his neighbors say he was a good character". Well, may be he faked very well, that person is not good at all. Those open cut mine are impressive.
