Make A Plan Instead.

Kandase @Kandae11 (57201) 12 Jan

Do you worry about things that might happen before they happen? It is human to worry, but does it help. You may have an important doctor's appointment and can't help worrying about the outcome - would worrying change that...

Terri Deno I always play worst-case scenario. What could possibly go wrong? Then, 99% of the time, I'm surprised that things don't go wrong. I don't know if that's the best way to approach life, but that's how I do it.

What’s Something Small That Made Your Day Better?

Donsky @donsky14 (5990) • Philippines 2 Dec

Sometimes it’s the tiny things that turn a day around—a good cup of coffee, a funny video, a message from a friend, or even just good weather. What’s one small thing that made your day a little better today? Mine was that hug...

Terri Deno I freelance, so an unexpected payment is always the perfect mood booster, but I have had a day completely turn around from a great cup of coffee, a smile from a stranger, or even a movie I've been wanting to see finally becoming available to watch.

Terri Deno It's not too cold here in the Midwest, but it's been a combination of cloudy and rainy all week. Perfect for cozy evenings reading a good book.

Miss Universe Contorversy

Neil @Neil43 (4666) 21 Nov

Have you watched the recently concluded Miss Universe competition? I bet were very surprised by the placements of the top 5. There is no way Miss Mexico answered all the questions impressively. She was the only one who had bad...

Terri Deno I heard about this on the morning news. While there are probably some factors that are objective, a lot the scoring in these competitions are subjective, leaving the win to interpretation.

Terri Deno Even though I want a little more sleep, waking up about 30 minutes before my alarm makes me feel a little better, not like I'm jolted out of bed every morning.

It was raining this morning. I have some things I would like to get done today as well, of course. Isn't that always the way? Anyway, I hope everybody has a great day today

Terri Deno This is a great song. I was excited when Fall Out Boy covered it and reworked the lyrics for modern day, but... that version doesn't quite hit the same as the original.

Terri Deno I've always loved the idea of writing at a coffee shop, but I've never tried it. I don't know if it would be distracting for me or if my typing would easily fall into the rhythm of all the chaos.

Terri Deno I'm not quite old enough to remember the original run of The Monkees TV show, but they did rerun it early mornings on Nickelodeon when I was a kid. Daydream Believer is probably the first song I ever learned the lyrics to.
