Juliaacv Waking with severe leg cramps is the absolute worst. I have had it when stretching my legs out straight in my sleep. I am glad that you walked yours off.

LooeyVille My Alexa device just told me it was raining and thunderstorming here right now. It is not. I asked Alexa if he knew what city I was in and he said the correct city. I don't know why he's so wrong. We could use some rain.

DE Leg and arm cramps are usually caused by being too warm and cooling off too fast. When I get cramps, I ask Pretty to bring me some pickle juice from the fridge. I drink one or two swallows of it and the cramps immediately go away. I opened my bedroom windows...

This morning. Last night we had a couple of storms go over. No rain but the cool winds felt amazing. It even felt a little chilly when it dropped into the low seventies. I slept great last night. Got my truck fixed this morning....

As you can see the alligator wiped the other ones out. These 2 figured out to be his buddy and stayed safe . No I did not set that up. Just the right timing as water evaporated. They keep moving the chance of storms...
