Marie Coyle We had 2 thunderstorms in the night, I know it was after 3 AM. Short but some rain and a bit of a cool down, not a lot. I didn't water the plants last night in hopes it would rain and it did. Supposedly more thunderstorms later today, time will tell. Glad...

59 days until Sept. 1. One thing that is cool about today is that ABC is broadcasting 4th of July events and profiling stories happening all over the country today. It is a 24 hour broadcast, which has never been done before....

I just got settled in. Internet's being a pain in my butt, but that's what a hotspot's for. I know hotel wi-fi can be tricky sometimes. Apparently they changed names again, so.... yeah I had that happen. m I'll fight with it later...

By the thermometer. But you can't tell it by how the air feels outside. It's still very muggy. Hubby did get the rest of the yard mowed. I don't think it really needed it. So don't mind skipping mine this week. I did nothing...

It seems to be storming now, and there is a line to follow. It looks like it will continue for awhile. I thought I was going to be able to escape tonight..but doesn't look likely.. darn it! I doubt the fireworks...
