Kandase My breakfasts vary a lot. This morning l had organic peanut butter on Multi-grain bread, 1 large guava and decaf coffee with almond milk.

Kandase There was a Noni tree on the compound of the apartment complex where l lived ( that was when l lived in the city) The fruit when prepared the right way has many health benefits. The smell of the overripe fruit can be a turnoff.
