Kimberley I agree but would add one more thing, when your house is paid for, no matter what your age, no property taxes as long as YOU are in THAT home. it's yours, why should you have to pay taxes on something you own.

Kimberley I have mine set up for different rang tons for different family members. If it is the factory rang tone, I know I don't even need to worry about getting it. But depending on the song, I know who is calling before I grab the phone.
