I was sent a DIY kit with these taper candles, and wax pens of different colors. You could decorate them for Valentine’s Day, or just whatever floats your boat. It seemed like something to do on a day spent inside. I also was sent...

We all get tired sometimes, both physically and mentally.
I believe taking small breaks is important.
How do you usually take care of your energy?
Any simple habits you’d like to share?

I am so fortunate that I don't suffer from either of these, but I know it's a real thing, and I've seen it in various friends and one of my family members. So many seem to suffer from one or both of these conditions.
Earlier...

Hey all, I went in to do my proficiency tests yesterday. Scored a 92 on Excel, an 88 on Word, an 82 on proofreading, and a 98 on data entry. I'm a little embarrassed about the proofreading score, but when I was there, I overheard...

We're looking into a brand new chapter this year.
One that includes children.
You also read right, we're looking into it this year. Unless it comes natural, it will be next year until we can actually become parents.
We're...

Curlann Wow, I can really relate to this! My husband and I are also hoping to start a family. We’ve had a bit of a rough start, so we’re taking things slowly and learning to be patient, but like you, we’re trying to prepare and do things thoughtfully. It’s encouraging...

So I appreciate it when someone finds a product that works well for them, and tells me about it, no matter what it is in relation to. Do you have any examples you want to share?
I do. You know how I took Sadie to the vet because...

Like, in crucial situations.
With your bullying or when you revealed that later and got no real comfort. With your body issues, when she was mad at you, instead of supporting you. When you looked sad or felt sad but she was...

Safe to say we had our last nutrition appointment with the VA for a while. So long as George stays off the feeding tube, which he's determined to do.
The weather wasn't steller, but we still managed to not only get it done, but...

As 2025 is coming to an end, it is time for reflection. For some, it might have been the greatest year for them, for some it might have been sort of successful year and then for some unfortunate ones, 2025 would have been tough...

Having dementia runs in my family, so you know I pay attention to any new info on how to prevent it or slow it down. A new study out of Wales, and printed in a medical journal has shown the shingles vaccine helps prevent dementia...

Curlann My mother-in-law also has dementia, and I have seen how difficult it can be to care for her. She often forgets things and asks questions like a child. She is already 87 years old, and we will be picking her up in Georgia next month. She has wanted so much to...
